7-day replacement
- If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send a photo/video of the item and packaging on WhatsApp with your order number.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund. Return pickup is free for our mistakes.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 7 days; the customer bears return courier charges.
- Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
